Happy 6-Month B-day, Nita! (a few days late)

It's hard to believe how fast these past 6 months have gone! Anita has been changing so fast and does so many funny new things. She has been so happy and fun lately. She loves to chew on things, and if you see her with a pacifier, she'll be chewing it rather than sucking on it since it's one of her favorite things to chew on. She has one tooth poked through so far on her bottom front gums, and I'm sure more are coming soon. She loves to play with toys and watch Eden play. Right at this moment, she's sitting in her walker toddling around and laughing with Eden. When she's in the mood for it, she's really easy to get a laugh out of, which we're all loving! Lately her signature look is of her with her bottom lip hiding under the top lip. Nita is starting to scoot around a bit on her tummy now, so we can't just leave her in one spot and expect her to stay there. She's often on the move trying to get at things she shouldn't be getting at! It's a good thing she's a slow scooter so far. She seems to love books, but the first place they go when she reaches them is in her mouth, so we try to keep them out of her reach. She's a very good eater and has three good-sized baby meals every day, and she often says "hmm" with every bite that we spoon into her mouth. Needless to say, we're all enjoying our little Nita so much!
