Musical Genius?

Anita gave us a real good laugh this morning. I was with her in our bedroom and had just changed her diaper. She was just laying on the bed looking around the room, and I was sitting next to her watching her. Brant was in the other room and had pulled out the hymn book to sing a tune. He chose a song in which the melody is all over the scales. Much to Brant's frustration, it's hard for him to sing a melody unless he really really knows the song well, and he didn't know this one so well. In times like these, he improvises through the unfamiliar parts. He made his way through the song improvising away. Right at that golden, silent moment after a song, Anita filled the quiet with the perfect exasperated sigh! We laughed so hard at the timing of her big sigh!
