We had "ziplock omelettes" tonight for supper, and they turned out great! I made 3 of them with 3 eggs in each of them. I also added cheese, salt and tomatoes. I love omelettes but have never been able to make good ones (like dad's, for example!), so we just never have them at home...til now! I can't wait to make them again!
PS - Most of you know what I look like, but just in case you don't - no, that's not me in the video.

I want to try that. Wonder if my Chinese zipper bags will hold up to boiling water.
Better test that first.
